2010 Safety Net Fund Guidelines

The Safety Net Fund was established in 2009 for the specific purpose of assisting local non-profit agencies that provide human emergency services relating to housing, hunger, healthare, employment and emergency financial assistance.

The GCF anticipates distributing at least $50,000 in emergency human service grants this year, thanks to the Sanders Foundation and the generosity of community leadership donors. In 2009, these donations allowed the GCF to distribute over $65,000 worth of emergency aid to local non-profits.
